Glasgow mayoral candidate Bobby Russell Miller was arrested in Warren County on charges of assault 4th degree domestic violence, according to information on the Warren County Jail website.
The arresting agency is listed as the Bowling Green Police Department on the jail website.
4th degree assault is a Class A misdemeanor under Kentucky law. He was booked into the Warren County Jail at 5:11 p.m.
Miller is running against incumbent Henry Royse in the November Glasgow mayoral election.
