Sam Terry, a resident of Glasgow most known for his historical Facebook page Sam Terry’s Kentucky that clocked thousands of views per month, is once again holding the annual “Autumn 2023 Cemetery Walking Tour.”
The tour is scheduled for Nov. 11 at 9:30 a.m. at the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery and is free to the public. Tour-goers should meet at the American Legion Memorial at the front of the cemetery. The tour will be approximately an hour and ten minutes, according to the flier, leaving people with enough time to also attend the Veterans Day parade, scheduled for noon and ending at the Veterans Wall of Honor.
People are encourage to wear appropriate shoes for the tour — no transportation is available — and in the event of rain the tour will be canceled.
